Healing Manipura Chakra:
Wearing YELLOW and spending time in the sun
Cultivation a sense of Self-Confidence: could be through your journal work, therapy, trying new activities (even if you’re not good at it, you GET BETTER and prove to yourSelf that you are greater than your Fear patterns)
Chanting RAM (“a” as in “father”), slowly or quickly, for a few minutes every day, followed by sitting quietly for another few minutes.
Doing a Cleanse for a few days: eating all or mostly raw food, doing an elimination diet, or simply going vegan if your diet is heavy in animal products: Lighten up, and give your digestive system a break! You’ll feel yucky for your first few days, then you’ll start to feel Wonderful! Always check in with your doctor first, if you have worries or concerns.
Yoga Asana: Belly down back-bends like cobra and bow pose can be added to a practice to increase energy and opening of the third chakra. As always, begin by grounding into your Present moment, and then see where the practice takes you.
You may also go through some emotional releases, even though emotions are technically the work of the second chakra: it’s all one body, one system, and as we heal in one area, other stuff shows up. That’s why we are focused on the Process, not the product, Balancing the work we do with a fair bit of play, not attaching too much to any ONE way, because all ways have validity at certain moments (except hurting yourSelf…try not to do that, ok? You’re so precious to the World).
